1973

Carlos Vieira builds the first aviaries of broiler chicken in Itaberaí-GO.

1981

Beginning of the partnership between Carlos Vieira and Zé Garrote, which would later result in the creation of Abatedouro São Salvador Ltda.

1991

Inauguration of the processing plant and launch of the Super Frango brand.

1997

Inauguration of the Rations Unit.

1999

First redesign of the Super Frango brand.

2000

Acquisition of bulk warehouses.

2005

Conquest of the international market.

2008

“Chicken is Super Chicken” campaign. Launch of new packaging and creation of Carlito.

2011

Export to Europe and launch of the sausage line.

2013

New brand Super Frango.

2014

Launch of the Breaded and Fresh Sausages Category in the sausages category.

2015

SSA enters one of the largest markets in the world with China Export Compliance Certification.

2016

SSA further expands its structure with the opening of the Fertile Egg Production unitand the new Recreate Matrix!

2017

Launch of thermoformed sausages.

2018

In 2018, Super Frango increases its product line with Shredded Chicken Breast.

2019

Acquisition of the Animal Feed Factory in Nova Veneza and start of operations. Acquisition and renovation of the Nova Veneza abattoir, with activities scheduled for 2020.
